My first Cosmo...

Yes, I've wanted to have a Cosmo. And never got around to ordering one, when we've been out. So last night, I made one for myself. And of course, took a picture! :-)

I chose to make the Original version... Which is credited to a South Beach, Fl bartender by the name of Cheryl Cook. She said she created it in 1985 or 1986. And in 1998, along came 'Sex And The City and made them very popular. :-)

I never watched the series when it ran. But I have seen a couple of episodes on DVD. And had great {silly, girly, shallow, just-pain-fun} fun at the film. So I began renting all the seasons, on DVD. Therefore.... I had some episodes to watch, while sipping my very first Cosmo. Which seemed very fitting. ,-)

So, what do I think, after all this time? Well, it was nice enough. But ... I have to confess... A Cosmo would never really replace my fav.... A Manhattan, straight up, with extra cherry juice. :-))))))))))) What can I say? I guess I go back too far, with my Manhattans, to fully embrace the Cosmo. Sometimes, of course. But fully... Nope.... >,-)

So interesting...

So interesting. People come by. But hardly anyone says anything. Which begs the question... at least I think 'begs the question' applies here... Anyway, they popped into this blog for instance. Would suppose they read something here. The title doesn't sound as if it would be a pretty-photo-blog, to look at photos and move on.

So, they probably expected to read something. And probably did read something. I wonder what they thought of what they read? I wonder if they stayed and read 2 - 3 more entries? I wonder what they thought of what they read? I wonder if they read one sentence and left? {Just the length of time, which a Site Counter shows a person visited a blog, doesn't mean true time. Some people download stuff in an instant, and read it later.}

So... Hardly ever any comments in this particular blog. What does that mean? Does it mean that nothing I post here, is worth a comment? Or does it mean that a couple of things I wrote here, had resonance with a couple of people, but they didn't feel moved to say so, in a comment?

Questions... Questions... Questions... :-)

And no way to get answers to them...

Interesting. So interesting...
